Refund policy

We want you to love your skincare. We stand behind our products, but please read this policy carefully—it outlines when and how you can get a refund.

 Eligibility for Refunds:

We offer refunds only in these cases
 - The item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described (wrong product, missing parts, etc.).
- You received the wrong item by our error.

 Refunds aren't available for:

- Products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way (for hygiene and safety reasons).
- Change of mind, allergies, or personal preference. 
- Shipping delays unless caused by us. 

How to Request a Refund:

1. Contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at or with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description. 
2. We'll review and reply within two (2) business days. If approved, return the item (unopened if possible) to us at within ten (10) days—we'll provide a prepaid label if it's our fault. 
3. Once we receive and inspect it (usually 3-5 business days), we'll process your refund to your original payment method within fifteen (15) days. Shipping Costs You cover return shipping unless the issue is our mistake, in which case we'll reimburse it. Original shipping fees aren't refunded. Defective Products If a product is faulty, even after opening, reach out right away—we'll replace it or refund at our discretion
